Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below.


Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, we will gladly assist if there is an issue with your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please double-check product details, sizing and descriptions before placing your order.


Cancellations
Once an order is marked as “completed”, it cannot be canceled. At this stage, your order has already been processed and/or prepared for shipment.


Hygiene Notice
For health and safety reasons, items such as satin bonnets and other personal-use products cannot be returned once shipped.


Refunds
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
